Non-screw tapping screws for resin
The sharply angled 30-degree thread eliminated the need for a metal insert.
This is a tapping screw for resin that does not require a metal insert. The process of removing metal inserts during resin recycling incurs very high costs. With a non-insert design, it is possible to reduce the total production costs, including material recycling. −− Features −− ◆ A 30-degree thread that cuts sharply into the resin It allows for repeated use without putting stress on the counterpart resin. ◆ Low insertion torque and high break torque The adoption of a triangular thread shape and the height difference of the 30-degree thread achieve low insertion torque and high break torque. ◆ Environmentally friendly trivalent chromate (hexavalent chromium-free) It is an electro-galvanized coating that does not contain harmful hexavalent chromium. It offers corrosion resistance equal to or greater than conventional chromate (yellow chromate). ◆ We will propose appropriate "pilot holes" and "tightening torque" using a torque analyzer.
